OUR MISSION:

"ATTITUDE" is an non profitmaking organization whose mission is to bring the individual to undergo a personal growth process within his family unit, as well as his social and professional environment.

Our goal consists of informing, guiding and supporting the individual in this process, which brings him to rediscover himself, and therefore better, understand himself.

When the individual acquires a better knowledge of himself and greater awareness of his behaviours, he then starts to change his attitudes.

These positive changes bring him to better communicate with his surroundings, and to enjoy better mental, emotional, and physical health.

             We aim to direct the individual to :

- Improve his functioning.     
- Overcome his suffering.     
- Learn to recognize his difficulties.     
- Identify his true values and beliefs, and their impact on his life.     
- Better take care of himself.

He will then be able to live in better harmony daily.

The members of the "ATTITUDE" team promise to welcome each participant with kindness and open-mindedness and to accompany him with respect, competence and confidentiality throughout his process.

The intensives week and weekends take place at the Maison des Jésuites, in St-Jérôme.
