OUR TEAM:



The members of the Attitude team together cumulate many years of experience in helping relations, at the interpersonal, social, psychological and addiction level as well as any other dependency or problem related to emotions.  They are also professionals in psychology and sexology and have received training as counsellors in helping relations.

Dolly Demitro: General Director:

Professional in helping relations since 1991, Dolly is a member of the Quebec Drug and Alcohol Association for counsellors and cumulates over 16 years of experience as a speaker and intervener. Her expertises also include individual, family and couple therapy, as well as offering an employee’s assistance program. She uses a deep and analytical approach on ones-self knowledge, based on a recovering way of life in regards to attitudes and behaviours.

Millie Demitro: Responsible for english division

Her expertises are in counselling, animating and lecturing.  She has travelled all over North America to learn as well as teach the Attitude way of life.  She helps to enhance the relationship with oneself, as well as with the family unit.  She has over 11 years experience in counselling.

"ATTITUDE" uses the help and services of a professional sexologist in dealing with all manners related to sexual problems.

General doctor "ATTITUDE" works closely with professional doctor in dealing with causes related to physical and mental health problems.


The intensive weeks and weekends take place at the Maison des Jésuites in St-Jérôme.
