Jackie, 37 years

This session has been the most amazing healing journey for me.  I never expected to open up so much.  I will, with God’s help, continue on this road to recovery.  I thank the Attitude for their confidence in me, and the love they touched me with.

In this session I was able to look at issues in my family of origin that I have never had an opportunity to share before.  For me it felt like releasing old issues in order to move ahead in life without an outdated self image.  This session helped me to come to terms with my father’s recent passing and begin a new chapter in my life feeling filled with potential and possibilities.  Thank you to all the Attitude team and the participants.

Since the age of 12 (I am now 31) I have been to every sort of therapy, counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist and treatment (including an 88 day residential treatment at one of «the best» in North America).  Nothing as come close to the experience I have had at Attitude in the past 5 and half days.  My heart as been opened up for the first time in years.  I feel full of hope for the future, and I feel I have the tools and attitude to succeed.
